UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery for second-hand items is £3.95. Smaller items or Oxfam Unwrapped gifts may have lower delivery rates — these are displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

Some product categories cannot be shipped internationally. Where available, international costs and import duties will be calculated during checkout.

Dispatch times & tracking

We aim to dispatch items within 7 working days. Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where provided by the carrier.
