Returns & Refunds
We offer a simple returns process for unwanted or faulty items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it to us within the timeframe outlined below depending on the product type and condition.
How to start a return
- Log into your account and go to 'Orders' to request a return.
- Follow the instructions to print a returns label or request a freepost bag where available.
- Pack the item securely and drop it at the requested carrier.
Timeframes
For most purchases, you have 28 days from receipt to return an item for a refund. Some categories (e.g. Unwrapped gifts) may have different return windows — check the product page for specifics.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable (for hygiene or safety reasons) or are sold as donations (Oxfam Unwrapped). Please read the product details carefully before purchasing.
